Biography

Sheriff James H. Kostoplis is a highly decorated retired Police Lieutenant with over thirty-five years of law enforcement experience. Prior to becoming the Sheriff of Burlington County, he was the Undersheriff under the previous Sheriff for 3 years. Sheriff Kostoplis also served as a Supervisor at the US Marshals Court Security Unit.  He also serves as a Volunteer Firefighter/EMT. Sheriff Kostoplis has been a resident of Burlington County for the last thirty-two years.
